Jump in. Shake it Out. Let’s Move!

Strong foundations start from the ground up.

The Stability Lab is a guided 45-minute conditioning class specifically engineered to bridge the gap between technical footwork and physical power. While ballroom training often focuses on patterns and frame, this class zeros in on the “engine room”—the feet, ankles, and legs.

No partner or prior experience is necessary. This class is designed to be good for all levels, from absolute beginners looking to find their footing to seasoned competitors refining their balance.

In this session, you will focus on:

  • Foundation & Strength: Targeted exercises to build the intrinsic muscle power necessary for explosive movement and clean weight transfers.
  • Balance & Stability: Improving proprioception to ensure every step is grounded, controlled, and intentional.
  • Dynamic Mobility: Increasing the functional range of motion in your ankles and knees to prevent injury and create more fluid lines.

Whether you are looking to sharpen your competitive edge or simply feel more secure on the social floor, The Stability Lab provides the structural support every dancer needs. Join us to develop the precision and control that transforms a good performance into a great one.

The Lead & Follow Lab is a partner dance class focused on connection, communication, and shared responsibility. Students regularly switch roles to experience both leading and following, building versatility, empathy, and stronger partnership skills.

Through focused exercises and drills, dancers develop clear leadership, responsive following, musical awareness, and non-verbal communication. Special emphasis is placed on the art of following as an active, creative role, while strengthening confident and considerate leading.

Perfect for dancers of all levels ready to master the foundational nuances of partner dancing—elevating both your social grace and competitive edge.

A focused, high-impact class designed to elevate your control, stability, and overall quality of movement. Through intentional repetition, targeted drills, and across-the-floor progressions, you’ll refine your technique, strengthen your foundation, and learn to move with greater clarity and confidence to music.

Classes alternate between Smooth/Standard-focused sessions and Rhythm/Latin-focused sessions, allowing you to develop style-specific technique and movement quality.

Please wear Smooth/Standard shoes for Smooth/Standard classes and Rhythm or Latin shoes for Rhythm/Latin classes.

Ideal for any dancer with foundational knowledge ready to build muscle memory and improve the essential, often-underdeveloped technical details of the dance.

Ready to add some serious fuel to your social dancing?

The Pattern Lab is a 45-minute intensive designed to turn popular dance figures into second nature. If you’ve ever learned a step in a lesson but struggled to pull it off in the heat of a social dance, this is the class for you. We cut straight to the mechanics that matter, ensuring you can lead or follow with total confidence and zero hesitation.

What Happens in the Lab?

We don’t just show you the steps; we make sure they actually work when you’re out on the floor. Each session focuses on:

  • Muscle Memory: High-repetition, focused drills to get the figure “into your body.”
  • Real-World Lead & Follow: Breaking down the subtle cues and connections that make a pattern successful in a crowded room.
  • Style Versatility: To keep your dancing well-rounded, the curriculum alternates weekly between Smooth/Standard and Latin/Rhythm figures.

This class is built for dancers who already have a handle on the basics and are ready to expand their vocabulary. Join us to bridge the gap between “knowing” a pattern and “owning” it.

Dive deeper into movement, performance, and personal style in this extended 1.5-hour class. Each session begins with learning a solo choreography piece designed for both leads and follows, giving everyone the chance to develop confidence and versatility.

After learning the combo, we break it down with a focused technique session and detailed arm styling work to refine lines, control, and expression. You’ll leave not only knowing the choreography, but understanding how to execute it with clarity, strength, and style.

Ideal for Intermediate/Advanced dancers who want to grow their performance quality and bring more polish to their dancing.

Ready to move?

Our line dancing classes are 45 minutes of pure fun. Whether you’re here to sharpen your skills or are just looking for an upbeat way to spend your time, we’ve got a spot in the line for you. We’ll get you grooving to the hits you already know and love, while throwing in fresh, original sequences you won’t find anywhere else.

Everyone is Welcome

Don’t worry if you’ve never danced before or if you think you have two left feet. This class isn’t about being perfect; it’s about getting moving and having a great time.

  • No Partner Required: Come as you are and join the group!
  • Good for All Levels: Our instructors break everything down so you can follow along with ease.
  • High Energy: Experience a workout that feels like a party.

What to Expect

In each 45-minute session, we focus on catchy choreography and repeatable patterns that build your confidence on the floor. From classic favorites to our own unique twists, you’ll walk out with new moves and a smile on your face. Grab your shoes and join the line!

For Competitive Dancers

Refine your lines. Redefine your limits.

Designed specifically for the competitive athlete, this 90-minute intensive focuses on the elite-level flexibility and range of motion required to stand out on the floor. In a world where every line, kick, and extension is judged, this class provides the focused time and technical guidance necessary to achieve professional-grade aesthetics safely and effectively.

The Technical Progression

We follow a structured, high-intensity format to ensure your muscles are primed for maximum extension:

  • Traditional Dance Warm-Up: A rigorous start to elevate the heart rate and increase core body temperature, essential for deep muscle work.
  • Dynamic Across-the-Floors: Basic movements and technical sequences that bridge the gap between warming up and dancing, focusing on controlled mobility and placement.
  • Guided Active Stretching: A transition into deep, intentional stretching that lengthens the body while maintaining the muscle engagement needed for stability.
  • The Deep Intensive: The final segment focuses on achieving peak physical lines. We work through targeted drills for oversplits, back and spine suppleness (backbends), and the explosive power needed for high kicks and extensions.

Who Should Attend?

This class is not for beginners. It is tailored for experienced dancers who are ready to push their physical boundaries and enhance their competitive edge. If you are looking to master the control and flexibility often missing in standard training, this lab is where you build it.

Transform your movement into a masterpiece of flexibility and strength.

This class is designed for every body—from absolute beginners to experienced dancers. This 45-minute session focuses on the practical, effective exercises needed to move with greater ease both on and off the dance floor. While many classes focus on what to move, we focus on how your joints and muscles work together to create a stronger, more resilient foundation.

By dedicating time to functional range of motion, you’ll target everyday stiffness and develop the fluidity required for cleaner dance lines and effortless movement.

What to Expect

Whether your goal is to feel more confident in your body or to prevent injury during high-intensity training, this session provides a welcoming and focused environment:

  • All-Levels Welcome: An easy-to-follow atmosphere suitable for any skill level or physical background.
  • Joint Health & Flexibility: Targeted mobility work designed to improve how your body handles rotation, extension, and weight transfer.
  • Injury Prevention: Techniques to increase your ease of movement, helping you stay on the dance floor longer and more safely.
  • Practical Tools: Movements you can take home to ensure you are always dancing at your absolute fullest level.

Move better, feel better, and dance with total freedom.

Why Do We Call Them "Labs"?

Most traditional group classes just teach you where to put your feet and the basic timing—but we think you deserve more than that. We call our sessions Labs because we don’t believe in holding back information or saving the “secret sauce” just for private lessons.

A lab is where you experiment, break things down, and discover exactly how things work. In our Society Labs, we dig deep into the how and why of dancing. We pull back the curtain on technique, styling, and connection, giving you all the tools you need to truly master your movement.

Whether you want to refine your technique in a Society Lab or get your heart pumping in a high-energy LaBlast Fitness workout, your credits give you the freedom to train on your terms.
